We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from the UNICEF Shop. If you are not happy with your order, you can return any item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided it is in its original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the return authorization form is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
